The official Comunicazione di ospitalita/alloggio/assunzione/cessione di immobile a straniero/apolide form under art. 7 D.lgs 286/1998 (as amended by L. 189/2002). This is the extended notice variant: it is filed by any person, individual or legal entity, who hosts a foreigner or a stateless person - provides housing, hires them or transfers property - with the local public order authority within 48 hours. How to use it
Fill in all three copies: one goes to the public order authority, the second to the questura, the third stays with you as proof. Do not miss the 48-hour deadline from taking in the foreigner. In the property section give the exact address, floor and number of rooms. The document can be viewed page by page in the protected viewer.
Why you need it
Mandatory notification that any person (individual or legal entity) hosting a foreigner (ospita, alloggia, assume, cede immobile) must submit to the local public order authority within 48 hours. Applies when renting an apartment/house, staying with hosts, employment, transferring property to a foreigner.

- SECTION DICHIARANTE: surname, name, date of birth, gender, place of birth, province/foreign state, residence, codice fiscale, status (owner, employer, etc.).
- Date of relationship start and type: ospitato / assunto alle dipendenze / dato alloggio / ceduto la proprieta o il godimento del bene immobile.
- SECTIONS I and II INTESTATARIO (foreigner/stateless person): surname, name, date of birth, place of birth, country, residence, codice fiscale, nationality, type and number of document, date of issue, issuing authority, permesso/carta di soggiorno (if required).
- SECTION IMMOBILE: purpose (residential/commercial), address (comune, provincia, via, numero, CAP, piano, scala, interno), number of rooms, number of accessori, entrances; nature of transaction (ownership or use).
- Penalty for violation (art. 2-bis): administrative fine from 160 to 1100 euros.
