Immigration Guide for the Province of Parma (in Russian)

An official immigration guide for the province of Parma in Russian, published within the European FEI project «Amici dello S.P.I.» at the Prefecture of Parma. It is a rare case of Italian authorities issuing a systematic reference in Russian: it explains the structure of state bodies (prefecture, questura, comune, ASL), the rights and duties of a foreign citizen, permesso di soggiorno and integration procedures, and most importantly - where to turn for each typical question of immigrant life. Although the addresses and contacts are tied to Parma, the mechanisms described are nationwide, so the guide works as a Russian-language introduction to the Italian administrative system in general. The document comes from a completed project - specific contacts and some procedures may have changed, verify locally.
